He took over the family business at just 18, and under the guidance of successful businessman Balla Ram Ji, he underwent a two-year apprenticeship that honed his skills. In 2005, Kailash started his independent practise, further enhancing his expertise through training at the Central Leather Research Institute. His wife, Rameshwari, contributes her embroidery skills to the business. Throughout the years, Kailash has embraced new shapes, embroidery designs, and technological interventions.
