A Journey from Factory Worker to a Talented Artisan
Imammuddin, a first-generation Indian artisan, has risen from humble beginnings to become a renowned master in the art of Bone and Horn craftsmanship. With his roots in farming, Imammuddin migrated to Jodhpur in 1979 and started his artistic career as a factory worker under the Manyara community. Collaborating with his brother, he established his own factory in 1987 before venturing out on his own in 1989. He catered to the exceptional increase in demand for furniture in the international market, which Imamuddin has catered to date.
